Using MYO

When you create an account with MYO you agree to use it for your own job search. You will not scrape the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to send unsolicited messages to other people.

Your content

You keep ownership of the CVs, cover letters, and other content you upload or generate. You give MYO permission to process that content in order to provide the service.

Payment

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Credits do not roll over between months. You can cancel at any time from the app; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AI output

MYO uses AI to generate documents and recommendations. You should review every document before you send it. We are not responsible for outcomes of applications you submit.

Termination

We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. We will give you reasonable notice unless the abuse is severe.

Liability

MYO is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
