Generic AI CV tools start from the job, not from you
Most tools take a job description and an old CV and ask a model to make this fit. The result reads fine but quietly drifts from your actual evidence. Tools appear that you have never used. Metrics get rounded up. Employers shift one role to the left. Recruiters notice.
MYO starts from a master CV you maintain
Onboarding pulls your LinkedIn, your existing CV, and a 5 minute structured interview into a single base CV: headline, summary, skills, experience, education, plus an evidence index of metrics, tools, employers and scope. Every tailored document is derived from this one source.
The judge has ground truth
When Olaf writes a tailored CV, an LLM judge inspects the result against the base CV. Any claim in the output that does not map to evidence in the base CV is flagged as unsupported. Olaf rewrites and the judge re-checks. The loop only ships output you can defend in an interview.
Maintain it once a month, not once per application
Update the master CV when something real changes: a promotion, a new tool, a shipped metric. Everything downstream picks it up automatically.
