# MYO, full description > MYO is a job-hunt workspace for people moving to the UK for work. Three AI agents, Milo (scout), Olaf (coach), Yenny (analyst), find roles, write tailored CVs and cover letters, and track replies. A supportive community of other candidates is included. ## Background and product positioning MYO is built for one job: helping a person who is moving to the UK for work actually land a role in the UK. The product is candidate-side (not recruiter-side), opinionated about the UK market specifically, and explicitly designed around the AI stack rather than bolted on top of a generic ATS. The mental model is a daily loop, not a one-time CV rewrite: - Every night, Milo scouts new UK postings against the candidate's master CV. - In the morning the candidate reviews the feed, accepts roles, and Olaf writes tailored CVs and cover letters. - A separate AI reviewer inspects Olaf's output against a strict ATS-safe rubric before anything ships. - Once submitted, Yenny ingests replies, screens, interviews and offers, and tells the candidate where to push next week. The AI reviewer is what makes this different from a generic "AI CV writer". It has ground truth (the master CV), enforces a rubric tuned for UK recruiters, and loops until the output is recruiter-ready. ## The three agents ### Milo (Scout) - Reads thousands of new postings every night across UK job boards, careers pages and LinkedIn. - Scores each role against the candidate's base CV and stated strategy. - Filters out visas, salaries and stages that do not fit. - Produces a daily feed of ranked matches with a one-line reason and a fit score out of 100. - Surfaces watch-outs (e.g. "salary slightly below your floor", "sector pivot you'll need to defend on call"). - Hands the role to Olaf when the candidate says "send". ### Olaf (Coach) - Reads the job description plus the candidate's base CV. - Writes a tailored CV and cover letter end to end. - CV headline follows the strict format: qualification, years, skills, target role. - Cover letter follows the structure: greeting, hook, bridge line, 3-4 numbered evidence-led reasons, close. - Runs an AI review over the package. If it fails, rewrites and re-checks, and only ships output that passes. ### Yenny (Analyst) - Watches sent applications, the inbox, screens, interviews, offers. - Computes reply rate, response time, interview-to-offer ratio. - Compares against the candidate's peer group so 28% reply rate has context. - Flags stale applications to chase or close. - Spots which channels and role types are converting. ## The master CV Every tailored document is derived from a single master CV that MYO maintains with the candidate. Onboarding pulls: - LinkedIn profile - An uploaded existing CV - A 5 minute structured interview These get distilled into: - Headline (qualification, years, skills, target role) - Summary (who you are, in 4 lines) - Skills (functional competencies and technical tools) - Experience (roles, dates, "what + how + result" bullets) - Education (degrees, certifications, highlights) - Evidence index (metrics, tools, employers, scope) - Right-to-work and location preferences - Strategy (target roles, channels, pay floor) Because every tailored CV and cover letter is built off this one source, the AI reviewer can enforce honesty. Any claim in the output that does not map to evidence in the master CV is flagged as unsupported and Olaf rewrites it. ## The AI reviewer The reviewer is a separate AI whose job is to inspect Olaf's output against a strict rubric tuned for UK recruiters and ATS systems. Two modes: - light_ui: a cheap, text-only review that spot-checks structure during drafting (missing headline format, broken bridge line, unsupported metrics). - full_eval: a heavier review that inspects the rendered PDF as images, the same way a recruiter sees it (page distribution, line breaks, orphan headings, font consistency, table-like layouts). A representative slice of the rubric: - CV headline must be one line, four segments, vertical bars (qualification, years, skills, target role) - Every claim in the output must map to evidence in the master CV - Cover letter must include the exact bridge line before the numbered reasons - 3-4 numbered reasons, each mapped to the JD with skill, delivery and a number - British English (spelling, dates, currency, idioms) - ATS safe (no tables, text boxes, icons, multi-column layouts) - Page distribution (one or two complete pages, no orphaned headings, no 1.5-pagers) Verdicts: pass, needs_revision, fail. The loop rewrites and re-checks until pass, or escalates back to the candidate. ## The community - A supportive, public community of other candidates (UK + India) - Posts, wins, tips, job leads, strategy discussions - 1:1 messages between members - Live sessions, workshops, office hours on a calendar - Short, specific video courses ("Classroom") taught by the MYO crew and community experts The community is not a leaderboard or a hustle channel. The rules are: be specific, use real numbers, no spam. ## Pricing Every plan includes a monthly credit pool. Credits are consumed by AI chat, job recommendations, CV and cover-letter work, and calls.
